Creamy Chicken Spaghetti

Ingredients

  • 500 g Barilla spaghetti

  • 500 g chicken breast

  • 250 ml Hollandaise sauce

  • 250 ml cooking cream (Rama or similar)

  • 250 g cheese (you can use mozzarella, gouda, another melty cheese)

  • 50 ml white wine

  • Two teaspoons Vegeta (seasoning)

  • One teaspoon of black pepper

  • One teaspoon of garlic powder

  • A little oil for frying

Directions

  • Preparing the Chicken:
    Make a small cube from the chicken breast about 1.5 x 1.5 cm.
    Cook in a pan with a little oil and brown the chicken cubes. Set the chicken aside.
  • Making the Sauce:
    Ladle the Hollandaise sauce and cooking cream into the pan.
    Place in pan over low heat and stir often, lest it burn.
    Add Vegeta, Chili, and Garlic Powder. : Cook on medium heat for about 5 minutes.
  • Adding Chicken and Wine:
    Five minutes later, add the fried chicken and the white wine to the sauce.
    Stir continually so everything is well combined and the sauce doesn’t burn.
  • Cooking the Spaghetti:
    Bake the spaghetti as per the package.
  • Adding the Cheese:
    When the sauce has been simmering for 10 minutes, add the grated cheese and mix well until all the cheese melts and you have a creamy sauce.
  • Combining the Sauce and Spaghetti:
    When the sauce is ready, add in the spaghetti and toss until everything is mixed.
  • Serving:
    And the food is all served up. Then you can top with some fresh tomatoes or herbs, if you like.
